Cemetery Procedures & Information
- Burial Permit Forms: Funeral Homes are to come in before they go to the cemetery, and fill out the Burial Permit Forms and pay the permit fee of $150.00 (check, cash, or money order). *Please give a receipt and make 2 copies of them.*
- Monument Installation Permit: Funeral homes are to come in before they go to the cemetery, and fill out the Monument Installation Permit and pay the permit fee of $50.00 (check, cash, or money order). *Please give a receipt and make 2 copies of them.*
- All correspondence is to be given to the city clerk.
- Visit city hall to see a copy of the plat to view available grave sites.
- Individual deeds are prepared by the city clerk.
